Engineered to deliver maximum safety, quality, and performance in a non-bag-in/bag-out configuration, it is rigorously tested to pass DOP and Freon in-place tests, ensuring clean and safe environments.
Key Features
High Efficiency Filtration: Compatible with Gel Seal HEPA and HEGA (filters meant for gas phase filtration) filters for the removal of dangerous contaminants
Advanced Containment System: Designed to filter hazardous airborne contaminants
AstroScan M: In-place manual scan allows the testing of individual HEPA sections with precision testing capabilities
Versatile Solutions: Customisable filter banks provides different filtration stages and types of filters depending on requirement
Key Highlights
Typical Applications
• Data Centers
• Healthcare
• Microelectronics
• Pharmaceutical
• Waste Water Treatment
The KF-Series non-bag-in/bag-out housing is a high efficiency, side servicing filter housing that has been designed to give the user maximum quality and performance in a non-bag-in/bag-out configuration. This housing is designed for applications in which the bag-in/bag-out procedure is not necessary for filter change-out, but high quality side servicing filter housings are still required. Depending on the user’s requirements, the KF-Series housing may have an assortment of filter arrangements, including pre-filters, HEPA filters, and carbon adsorbers.
Manufactured under stringent quality assurance controls, KF-Series housings are subjected to thorough inspections and leak tightness tests before leaving the factory, and are guaranteed to pass both DOP and Freon in-place tests.
Basic housings are available in 1H1W, 1H2W and 1H3W configurations, allowing up to three filters or adsorbers to be removed from a single access door. Each configuration may be provided with a separate slide-in pre-filter track behind the same door or with a separate access door. Pre-filters may be 2, 4 or 6 inches deep. Units may be joined in parallel or series to build systems with capacities ranging from 1,000 CFM to 30,000 CFM (based upon 1,000 CFM per 24”x24” filter) or 1,000 CFM to 30,000 CFM (based upon a filter face velocity of 250 ft/min).
Many custom options are available, including static pressure taps, test ports, transitions, dampers, and in-place test sections that allow the operator to perform individual filter system efficiency tests without having to enter the system or otherwise disrupt its operation.
